Studio IV - Project III focused on a restaurant located in Chelsea Market, inspired by the same chef as Studio IV - Project II, with a design scope limited to the front-of-house areas. The project required extensive research, including an analysis of the surrounding area, the target user group, the cuisine type and culture, and dining experiences associated with the cuisine, as well as case studies on circulation and layout. The design aimed to meet specific programmatic requirements while creating a cohesive and culturally resonant dining space.
